When and how will the refund be made?
You can request a return or exchange service for all products purchased from Yolasport within the first 14 days of receiving your package. Select a service according to the problem you encounter.
To initiate the return/exchange procedure, you must contact our customer service. Our customer service specialists will guide you through the process. Proof of purchase and product condition will be required during the process, including invoice, transaction record, photos, etc.
Returns if you are not satisfied with the product: If you are not completely satisfied with your Lovotoy purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving the package. Please note that if you are dissatisfied with the returns, you will have to pay the return postage fee.
Returns for quality issues: If the product has a manufacturing defect, you can request a full refund or replacement of the item. Any commission costs will be covered by Lovotoy.
Return and Exchange Process
Please contact our customer service team by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) indicating the item(s) you wish to return and the reason, along with proof of purchase and product condition including invoice, transaction record and photos . We will contact you within 24 hours with detailed instructions and shipping address. Your patience will be greatly appreciated.
Once you have received the return instructions from us, please pack the item(s) to be returned in the original packaging.
Drop off your package at your local post office.
Most returns are processed within 5 business days of receiving the package. The refund will be made to your payment account. You will receive a confirmation email after your return has been made.
You have 5 days to decide whether the product is suitable for you. Pursuant to the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, the buyer has 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods to send a statement of withdrawal from the contract. The return of the item by the consumer should take place immediately, not later than within 14 calendar days from the date of sending the statement, as well as the return of funds by the Seller. Only unused goods can be returned. In the case of disposable products, the goods must be originally packed. Packaging, Security stickers must be intact.
Returned products must be in unused condition with original packaging. We do not accept returned products that are worn, damaged, laundered or altered in any way.
We do not accept returns that have been sent back directly by you without first checking with us.
For returned packages, we do not offer the "Pick-up" service. Returns will be made at your own expense.
